Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and answer queries in a clear, professional manner.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain a database of customer information and follow up as required.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller/Customer Service Representative or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
