Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to introduce the company’s medical products and equipment.
  • Identify potential clients, gather relevant information about their requirements, and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Effectively communicate product value propositions to spark interest and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM/database.
  • Build initial rapport and nurture prospective clients to create opportunities for long-term business relationships.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends to tailor conversations effectively.
