Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive (Digital Marketing) Company: K2Web Solutions Location: Kochi, Kerala Experience: 0 - 2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)

We are expanding our team and looking for a confident and articulate Telecaller to be the first point of contact for potential clients and a driving force for our business growth.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our digital marketing services by making outbound calls to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a persuasive and professional telephone manner, capable of clearly explaining our services and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and lists to introduce K2Web Solutions and our services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers for digital marketing services (such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Web Design, etc.).
  • Service Explanation: Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits of our digital marketing services and answer preliminary questions from prospective clients.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments between qualified leads and our senior marketing or business development team.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update a database of potential clients, recording all call information, notes, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospective clients to maintain their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on call outcomes and lead generation progress to the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales or customer service role is preferred.
  • Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Malayalam are mandatory.
  • A confident and persuasive telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to understand and explain digital marketing concepts (training will be provided, but prior knowledge is a plus).
  • Resilient, patient, and able to handle customer objections gracefully.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
  • Plus Two or Degree in any discipline.
