Job Description:
ipshopy, a leading E-Commerce platform, is expanding rapidly and looking for a Tele calling Executive to help us onboard more sellers to our platform. As a Tele calling Executive, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential sellers, explaining the benefits of joining ipshopy, and assisting them through the registration and onboarding process. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company and help businesses grow by bringing them onto a trusted marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential sellers and convince them to join the ipshopy platform.
Seller Onboarding: Guide new sellers through the registration process, answer their queries and provide support for account setup.
Product Knowledge: Explain the benefits of selling on ipshopy, including marketing tools, customer reach and platform features.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with sellers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Sales Target: Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for the number of new sellers onboarded.
Follow-ups: Follow up with interested sellers, answer questions and assist in converting them into active users of the platform.
CRM Management: Update and maintain records of interactions with sellers in the CRM system.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in tele calling or sales (E-Commerce experience is a plus).
Ability to explain technical aspects of the platform in a simple and engaging manner.
Strong interpersonal skills to handle seller queries and objections.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Motivated, with a positive attitude toward challenges and rejection.
Qualification:
Minimum Graduation.
Previous experience in tele calling, sales or E-Commerce is an added advantage.
