Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Market Research: Gather information on customer demographics, preferences, and needs to assist in developing marketing strategies.

2. Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers who have not previously expressed interest in the company’s products or services.

3. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs.

4. Customer Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from customers regarding their experiences with products and services to help improve offerings.

5. Lead Qualification: Assess potential leads to determine their readiness to purchase and ensure they meet the company’s target customer profile.

6. Maintain Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about new products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

7. Customer Interactions: Record details of customer interactions and transactions for future reference and analysis.

8. Follow-Up Calls: Make follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest in products or services to nurture leads.

9. Schedule Product Demonstrations: Arrange for product demonstrations or trials for potential customers as needed.

10. Escalate Issues: Identify complex customer issues that require escalation to higher-level support or management and ensure timely resolution.

11. Handle Complaints: Address customer complaints professionally and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

12. Promote Special Offers: Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers to encourage purchases.

13. Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

14. Targeted Campaigns: Participate in targeted outreach campaigns to specific customer segments based on market research and analysis.

15. Report Generation: Prepare reports on customer interactions, lead status, and sales metrics to share with management.

16. Participate in Training: Attend training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

17. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales teams to align strategies and share customer insights.

18. Time Management: Prioritize calls and manage time effectively to maximize productivity and meet targets.

19. Maintain Professionalism: Represent the company positively by adhering to communication standards and demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.

20. Adaptability: Adjust communication style and approach based on customer responses and preferences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
