Tele Caller Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and highly communicative Telecaller who can handle cold calling, lead follow-ups, appointment setting, and maintain clean, organised data for our digital marketing and branding agency.

You must be fluent in spoken and written English, have strong persuasion skills, and be comfortable speaking to business owners and decision-makers.

This role is key to helping us connect with potential clients who require branding, logo design, digital marketing, social media, SEO, branding, and website development services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to companies from the provided database and introduce our services.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and convert calls into qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Explain our digital marketing services confidently and handle basic queries.
• Maintain and update Excel sheets, lead trackers, CRM/Google Sheets with 100% accuracy.
• Coordinate with the sales & marketing teams for follow-ups and next steps.
• Ensure daily targets for calls, follow-ups, and appointments are achieved.
• Represent the company professionally with excellent communication etiquette.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of telecalling / inside sales / lead generation experience (preferably in B2B or service industry).
• Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written.
• Strong telephone etiquette, persuasion skills, and confidence in handling cold calls.
• Ability to understand and talk about digital marketing services (basic training will be provided).
• Must be very comfortable working with Excel, updating sheets, tracking leads, and maintaining databases.
• Ability to organise, prioritise, and manage follow-ups effectively.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
