Project Co-ordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic, and presentable Client Servicing Intern - who can smoothly manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure all projects run on time.

This is an internship for a fresher for a client-facing and internal project coordination role.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Relationship Management

• Be the primary point of contact for the client on day-to-day work
• Attend client calls, online meetings, and briefing sessions
• Maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups
• Ensure client queries, feedback, and approvals are shared internally

Project Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate interally with the team for ensuring deadlines are met
• Track project status, deliverables, and revisions daily
• Maintain internal job timelines and update stakeholders
• Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines on daily basis
• Take approvals from clients on email and set up meetings, attend meetings online and offline.
• Keep daily track of tasks of the team and ensure its completion by maintaining excel sheet and tracker.
• Monitor task completion and escalate any delays proactively

Timelines, Approvals & Reporting

• Ensure all client approvals (creative, content, campaigns) are taken on time
• Maintain trackers for deliverables, timelines, and meeting notes
• Share daily/weekly status updates with clients
• Prepare basic performance or progress reports for client servicing team

Meeting Coordination & Administration

• Schedule client meetings, prepare agendas, and send reminders
• Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items
• Maintain client folders, data, work logs, and briefs

What We’re Looking For

• Fresher or 0–1 year experience in digital marketing / advertising company preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
• Good presentation skills and ability to handle meetings
• Well dressed and presentable
• Highly organised with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus (but not mandatory)
