Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for confident and customer-focused Tele Counsellors who can handle outbound calling and generate walk-in leads for our seminars. The role involves engaging with prospective students, explaining course offerings, and motivating them to attend the free walk-in seminar conducted by Frankfinn.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided lead database
• Counsel students on available courses and career opportunities
• Convince students to attend the free walk-in seminar
• Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and database updates regularly
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Ensure professional communication and a positive caller experience

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Undergraduates can also apply)
• Age between 18 to 34 years
• Fresher with good communication skills may apply
• Candidates with 6 months to 5 years of BPO outbound calling / tele-calling / tele-sales / lead generation experience preferred

Required Skills

• Must be able to communicate fluently in both Hindi and English
• Clear speech and good pronunciation (no major MTI or RTI issues)
• Confident, talkative, and persuasive with strong convincing ability
• Ability to speak at least 3–4 lines on any given topic without hesitation
• Customer-first approach and willingness to work in a performance-driven environment

Compensation

• Fresher: ₹16,000 in hand – ₹20,000 CTC
• Experienced: ₹21,000 – ₹26,000 (In hand / CTC, no PF deduction)

Other Requirements

• No travel involved
• Must be medically fit (no chronic / contagious diseases)
