Job Title: Tele-Counsellor Location: ZICA ZIMA Naraina, West Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2-3years or Freshers with good communication skills can apply Job Summary The Tele-Counsellor will be the first point of contact for aspiring students. The role involves guiding prospects about our Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, and Filmmaking courses, managing inquiries, interior designing , fashion designing and helping them take the next step toward admission. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students and handle inbound inquiries. Provide detailed information about all courses and career paths. Counsel students on course selection based on their interests and goals. Maintain follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools. Schedule campus visits and assist walk-in students during counselling. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and enrollments. Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets. Coordinate with the admission team for smooth onboarding of students. Share feedback from students to improve communication and outreach. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Confident, patient, and good at building rapport. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred). Ability to explain creative courses like Animation, VFX, and Design in simple terms. Strong follow-up and time-management abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Education Minimum Graduate (Any stream). Preference to candidates with experience in education counselling, sales, or customer service.
