Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to generate leads, promote products or services, and build relationships.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Pitching products or services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with customers, and updating customer databases.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing customer concerns and finding solutions to their issues.
  • Meeting Targets: Achieving Monthly/ Quarterly targets and sales goals.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport.
  • Sales Skills: Understanding sales techniques, closing deals, and managing objections.
  • Customer Service Skills: Providing empathetic and helpful service, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Organization and Time Management: Managing multiple calls, keeping accurate records, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Computer Skills: Utilizing CRM software and other tools to manage customer data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
