Telecaller (Female Candidates Preferred)

Job Role:

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Telecaller to join our customer outreach function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement, managing inbound/outbound call flows, and supporting lead conversion initiatives. The role requires strong communication skills, a confident approach, and a relationship-building mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound calling campaigns to prospective and existing customers.
• Present product/service information with clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and follow-up schedules.
• Support sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless engagement experience.
• Achieve calling and conversion targets aligned with business KPIs.

Requirements:

• Female candidates are preferred for communication alignment with customer base.
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English (additional regional language is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to work under structured workflows and performance objectives.
• Prior telecalling / customer service experience is an advantage (Freshers may also apply).
