Tele Caller Executive

The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining travel packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for helping people plan their perfect trip.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel packages and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries from clients and provide information about destinations, prices, and offers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong conversion rate.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the travel consultant team for booking confirmations and client follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (travel industry experience is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Confident, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
