Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our medical equipment manufacturing company. The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare professionals, and assisting the sales team in promoting and selling our medical products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers
* Explain and promote our medical equipment products
* Maintain regular customer follow-ups
* Update CRM and daily sales reports
Basic Knowledge of Computer
