Job Description

Customer Engagement & Sales

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote:
Table reservations
Brewery tours
Special events (live music, tastings, festivals)
Seasonal offers and discounts
Handle inbound calls related to reservations, menu inquiries, events, and directions.
Follow up with guests after visits to encourage repeat bookings.

Reservations & Coordination

Take accurate table and event reservations and update them in the reservation system.
Coordinate with restaurant operations, events, and marketing teams for bookings and promotions.

Database & CRM Management

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact details and preferences.
Track call outcomes, bookings, and customer responses.
Segment customers for targeted calling campaigns.

Feedback & Customer Experience

Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management.
Address basic customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Reporting & Targets

Meet daily/weekly calling and reservation targets.
Prepare basic call and conversion reports for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
