Role Description This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role located in Chennai at EEB Engineering Design and Consultancy Services. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments. The role involves promoting company services, engaging with customers effectively, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in telemarketing or customer service Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide information effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office or related software Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent qualification
