Job Summary:

CUBICLECRAFT is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling furniture-related inquiries, converting leads into confirmed orders, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients from consultation to final delivery. This role involves actively engaging with potential customers, understanding their furniture needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. Candidates must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and follow up with furniture-related leads from various sources (walk-ins, website, referrals, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements for custom or modular furniture solutions.
  • Present and explain furniture designs, materials, and customization options to clients.
  • Conduct client meetings (on-site and off-site) to build relationships and finalize furniture deals.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to align client expectations with feasible solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, product samples, and proposal documents.
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms to close furniture sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, especially focused on furniture product lines.
  • Stay updated on furniture trends, materials, finishes, and new product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in furniture sales or related industry.
  • Good understanding of furniture products, materials, and design preferences.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, quotation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments.
