About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (MERN) with a strong focus on Test-Driven Development (TDD) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable code that aligns with business Responsibilities :

Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Apply TDD principles to ensure code reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code with comprehensive test coverage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services as needed.
Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to improving development best practices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or MERN Developer.
Strong expertise in React.js (hooks, state management, component lifecycle, performance optimization).
Solid experience with Node.js, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Proven experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Familiarity with version control tools (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication to Have :
Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
