About the Role As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our software solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. Responsibilities Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes. Implement CELONIS software solutions to meet client needs. Provide training and support to clients post-implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings. Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes. Qualifications Experience in project management or consulting is a plus. Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Experience with CELONIS software is a MUST . Preferred Skills Familiarity with process mining concepts. Show more Show less
