As a Technology Solutions Engineer at our company, you will be an integral part of the Corporate IT team. Your role will involve blending technical testing expertise with innovative thinking to focus on technologies that directly enhance the employee experience. You will be responsible for developing and leading comprehensive testing strategies, evaluating new technologies such as AI solutions, and driving the implementation of scalable and user-centric technology platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead comprehensive testing strategies for various technologies. - Evaluate new technologies, including AI solutions, and assess their impact on the organization. - Drive the operationalization of scalable and user-centric technology platforms. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT engineering, testing, or solution evaluation, with a preference for experience in end-user or employee-facing technologies. - In-depth understanding of corporate IT environments and digital workplace technologies, such as collaboration tools, device management, and SaaS platforms. - Demonstrated ability to create detailed and effective test strategies and plans. - Familiarity with AI-driven technologies, including chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation.
