Job Description


The Technology Project Manager(AGM/GM) will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, customization, and ongoing management of Zoho applications across various departments in the organization. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and technical expertise in Zohos ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of Zoho applications to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Zoho Implementation & Customization:

    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho People, etc.) to streamline business operations.
    • Customize Zoho applications to align with the companys workflow and operational requirements.
    • Develop and manage API integrations between Zoho and other third-party applications used in the organization.

Project Management & Coordination:

    • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations) to gather business requirements and implement solutions within Zoho.
    • Coordinate with Zoho consultants, developers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Define project roadmaps, timelines, and key milestones, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
    • Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders and provide progress updates.

System Management & Optimization:

    • Monitor the performance and security of Zoho applications and ensure optimal uptime.
    • Ensure data integrity, backup, and security compliance within Zoho applications.
    • Identify areas for process automation within Zoho to improve efficiency.

Training & Support:

    • Provide training sessions to internal teams on how to effectively use Zoho applications.
    • Create user guides, SOPs, and best practice documents for Zoho system usage.
    • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho-related issues faced by employees.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

    • Strong expertise in Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, etc.).
    • Experience in Zoho customization, automation, and integration with third-party applications.
    • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
    • Proficiency in API integration, workflow automation, and low-code development on Zoho Creator.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot Zoho-related issues efficiently.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in Zoho configurations and implementations.
    • Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Identifies and resolves issues before they escalate.
    • Tech-Savvy: Passionate about implementing and optimizing technology solutions.
