Technology Program Manager

Your responsibilities will include: - Program Leadership: Taking charge of planning, executing, and delivering the data warehouse modernization project in alignment with organizational goals and timelines. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with business partners, data engineers, and architects to capture requirements, manage expectations, and ensure visibility throughout the project lifecycle. - Technical Oversight: Working closely with technical teams to ensure that the architecture and implementation adhere to standard methodologies for Azure and Microsoft Fabric. - Risk Management: Identifying and addressing potential risks and impediments proactively to minimize their impact on project delivery. - Reporting: Maintaining clear and concise documentation of project progress through status reports, dashboards, and metrics to advise partners and leadership. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 8 years in program/project management roles, with at least 3 years in agile environments. - Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics), and Microsoft Fabric. - Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred. - Tools: Proficiency in project management and agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
