Job Summary

We are looking for a Technology Procurement Specialist with strong experience in sourcing and managing technology, AI, and application-related services. This role is responsible for vendor assessment, contract negotiation, and strategic procurement to support key technology initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete procurement cycle for

  AI solutions, software applications, IT tools, and related technology services.

• Identify, assess, and onboard vendors capable of delivering AI platforms, application development, and technology support services.
• Work closely with Technology and Business teams to perform technical and commercial evaluations of vendor proposals.

• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, pricing structures, and long-term engagement terms

  with technology

  vendors

• Track and manage vendor performance, compliance, and service delivery throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand

  requirements and align procurement strategies

  with business goals.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, reports, and dashboards for management review.
• Continuously monitor advancements in AI, software applications, and emerging technologies to support forward-looking sourcing decisions.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in

  technology procurement,

  ideally involving AI, software solutions, or IT services.
• Strong understanding of

  AI technologies

  , enterprise software applications, cloud services, and related ecosystems.
• Proven expertise in vendor management, commercial negotiations, and contract governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in BFSI or large enterprise technology procurement environments.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, vendor evaluation frameworks, and technology sourcing processes.
• Understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance considerations related to technology contracts.
