Global Delivery Manager is a Key Role. This person will manage the overall relationship with the client with respect to the provision of all Services included in this SOW. Oversight responsibilities include providing overall leadership for the Supplier team and promoting the intent and objectives of the outsourcing program under the SOW. Additionally, this resource will work directly with the client Program Managers to manage the overall relationship with the client with respect to the provision of the Services.

Education: Graduate / MBA / Engineer. Demonstrated academic achievement with qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Law or Science.

Experience and skills:

Work experience in a consulting/BPM, sourcing, category management, procurement, analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication skill. Able to communicate to the point in a quick and effective manner, ability to summarize information

Direct and manage engagement strategies and plans to execute against Client’s requirements and our deliverables

Excellent people management skills and ability to lead and motivate global teams to achieve required goals

Accountable for execution of all operations, management and mitigation of service delivery risk & senior stakeholder engagement

Manage the engagement with client procurement management including joint relationship and delivery planning alongside the client Steering Team

Knowledge of Ariba, MS Dynamics (important)

Strong and proficient in MS Excel (essential) including working knowledge of filters, sorting, pivot tables, basic formulas, lookups etc.

Strong customer service orientation with concise English verbal and written skills

Ability to deal with ambiguity and to priorities own work often within tight deadlines

Good hands-on knowledge of ERP & Sourcing Project Management Tools & Systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa or similar.

Ability to guide team members / suppliers / stakeholders on Client’s procurement policies and processes
