Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Lead with a strong background in Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage technology projects from conception through implementation and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Oversee the technical design and architecture of solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and security. Mentor and guide junior developers and engineers, providing technical leadership and support. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure best practices are adhered to. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
