Technology Lead

As a Technical Lead for TheTeacherAPP (TAPP) in the Edtech department at our Gurugram location in Haryana, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end mobile application development in alignment with the organization's vision. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to ensure timely delivery of features. With a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 8+ years of software development experience (including 3+ years in a leadership role), you will play a key part in mentoring developers and upholding software quality, security, and performance standards. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and implementing scalable architecture for web applications and APIs, monitoring costs for app development and server hosting, providing technical documentation and progress updates to leadership, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and collaborating with vendor partners to set specifications for new versions. You will also be involved in unit and integration testing before launch, leading feature rollouts such as Teachers Lounge, Role-Based Access, Advanced Chatbots, and Enhanced Analytics, and mentoring the team and vendors. Moreover, your role will require you to oversee UX/UI enhancements by working closely with designers, contribute to AI chatbot integration and data analytics improvements, deploy new technology solutions for automation, implement best practices for data protection, and act as a facilitator between various teams including product, design, QA, and DevOps. An understanding of chatbots, UX/UI principles, project management, AI tools for the e-learning industry, QA processes, Python, Flutter, mobile app development, database management, AWS, and automation using AI tools will be essential for excelling in this role.,
