Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with learners to enhance their skills, and collaborating with various teams to develop course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessments and certification questions, ensuring that the training provided is relevant and impactful. Your contributions will help shape the future of technology talent by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of technology professionals. - Develop and refine course content to ensure it meets industry standards and learner needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: L&D Strategy, Client & Stakeholder Management, Training Needs Analysis, Program Design & Delivery, Team Leadership, Budgeting, ROI Evaluation, and LMS Proficiency. - Good To Have Skills: Instructional Design, Learning Analytics, Change Management, eLearning Tools, Vendor Coordination, and Knowledge of Emerging Learning Technologies. - Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. - Experience in utilizing various training delivery methods, including virtual and in-person formats. - Ability to assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Learning Delivery Instruction. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
