Project Role :Technology Educator
Project Role Description :Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Summary:As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with learners to enhance their skills, and collaborating with various teams to develop course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessments and certification questions, ensuring that the training provided is relevant and impactful. Your contributions will help shape the future of technology talent by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions that enhance the skills and knowledge of participants.

Develop and refine course content to ensure it meets industry standards and learner needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Core Java, Advanced Java (JDBC, Servlets, JSP), Spring/Spring Boot, Angular Framework, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, RESTful APIs, OOPs Concepts, and Strong Training Delivery & Communication Skills.

Good To Have
Skills:

Microservices, Hibernate/JPA, TypeScript, Maven/Gradle, Git, SQL/Database Knowledge, Agile Methodology, and Content Development or Curriculum Design Experience.

Strong ability to design and implement effective training programs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.

Proficient in utilizing various instructional technologies and tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Learning Delivery Instruction.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
