Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects. Your typical day involves collaborating with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and risk while ensuring service quality and cost efficiency. You will drive profitability and success through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery, actively supporting sales initiatives and fostering a collaborative team environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to stay on track and within budget. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BPM Strategy & Solutions. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in BPM Strategy & Solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
