About The Role

Project Role :Technology Delivery Lead

Project Role Description :Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Summary:As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project scope and risk are effectively managed. You will drive profitability and success by overseeing service quality and cost, while also supporting sales through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.

Manage service quality and cost to ensure profitability and continued success.

Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

15 years of experience in Packaged Application Development with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.

Experience in managing large, complex technology projects.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Packaged Application Development with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
