Technology Consulting - ServiceNow Consultant

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with 5 to 7 years of experience in ITSM Tool design and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead a team in implementing and migrating service management platforms on both Cloud and On-premise hosting. Collaborate with EY Technology Strategy and Transformation leadership to grow the practice in MENA. Design and implement solutions, deliver proposals, and present them to clients. Provide technical support across all aspects of IT Service Management project delivery and tool implementation. Participate in key external events and meetings, including client meetings, presentations, and roundtables. Build and leverage personal external networks and relationships to drive business growth. Own and initiate select key relationships in the market. Bring industry thought leadership and best practices, engaging with EY’s alliances with vendors, partners, and customers. Support project and agile scrum management activities. Involve in/hand application and workflow design, configuration, and testing. Develop client-specific reporting processes and integration components. Provide trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline. 5-7 years of experience in ITSM Tool design and implementation projects. Experience in implementing and migrating service management platforms on both Cloud and On-premise hosting. ITIL v4 foundation certification is required. Deep knowledge in IT Services functions and one or more business functions such as HR, Finance, Customer, or Risk. Experience leading teams and supervising others, preferably in the MENA region. A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies. Confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to travel to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) to meet client needs and deliver projects on short notice.
