Your typical day involves collaborating with teams, making key decisions, and contributing to multiple projects. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead project planning and execution- Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation- Strong understanding of HR processes and compensation management- Experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions- Knowledge of HRIS systems and data integration- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data- Excellent communication and presentation skills Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation- This position is based at our Kolkata office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
