📢 Hiring: Techno-Functional Manager (TPM) – BFSI Domain
📍 Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
🕒 Experience: 10–15 years (Preferred: 12–14 years)

We are looking for a highly experienced Techno-Functional Manager (TPM) who can seamlessly combine strong technical expertise with effective managerial leadership. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Java, extensive experience in BFSI systems, and a proven track record in managing Agile/Scrum-based delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Techno-Functional Leadership
Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation with strong expertise in Java and related technologies.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
Drive initiatives across BFSI processes, platforms, and system integrations.
🔹 Program & People Management
Manage full lifecycle program execution as a Technical Program Manager.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, role assignment, and delivery governance.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, QA, Business, and Architecture teams.
Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with best practices.
🔹 Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as the liaison between business and technical teams.
Ensure clarity on requirements, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across distributed teams.
Required Skills
10–15 years of total experience with a minimum of 4–5 years in the BFSI domain (Mandatory).
Minimum 6+ years as a Techno-Functional Manager / Technical Program Manager.
Strong understanding of Java, system design, and integration concepts.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and sprint delivery management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to contribute in a 40% technical / 60% managerial capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in digital banking, payments, lending, or core banking systems.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Certifications such as CSM, PMP, or SAFe will be an added advantage.
