Techno Commercial Application Engineer

Role Overview: As a Techno-Commercial Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to the front-end sales team for pre-order and post-order activities. You will be involved in technical discussions with internal and external customers, ensuring proper model selection based on technical specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for technical evaluation and analysis of processes, tender documents, and the preparation of techno-commercial offers. Your role will also involve timely submission of bids, e-tendering, replying to technical and commercial queries, updating enquiry and offer registers, and reviewing tender/bid documents and specifications. You will be expected to have expertise in preparing techno-commercial proposals that comply with client requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in technical discussions with internal and external customers to determine the appropriate model based on technical specifications - Evaluate and study processes, tender documents, and prepare techno-commercial offers - Ensure timely submission of bids and participate in e-tendering processes - Respond to all technical and commercial queries - Maintain and update enquiry and offer registers - Review tender/bid documents and specifications - Prepare techno-commercial proposals in compliance with client requirements Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in tender development and bid preparation - Strong background in techno-commercial operations - Experience with e-tendering and bid submission processes - Ability to conduct technical evaluations and process studies - Excellent customer communication skills Additional Details: N/A,
