Technician Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage teams comprising blue-collar workers, technicians, and warehouse staff.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow across warehouse and logistics activities.
• Strategically plan and allocate manpower according to workload and operational demands.
• Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and maintain compliance standards.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including loading, unloading, inventory movement, and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits.
• Address operational challenges on-site, resolve grievances, and promote positive team morale.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on productivity, attendance, and overall operations.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and controlling operational costs.

Requirements

• 2 + years of experience in operations, preferably within logistics, transportation, or warehouse management.
• Preferred age range: 30 to 40 years.
• Proven experience managing large blue-collar teams and warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Practical, hands-on management style with the ability to work alongside the team on the ground.

Preferred Background

• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or facility management sectors.
• Candidates with backgrounds in courier services, third-party logistics (3PL), or fleet management will be given preference.
