Do you have experience supervising technical teams on-site?
We’re looking for a dynamic and responsible Technician Supervisor to lead and coordinate technicians across our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and guide technicians across Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, Solar, and other disciplines✅ Allocate daily tasks and monitor field execution to ensure deadlines are met✅ Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards✅ Maintain detailed progress reports, materials tracking, and manpower logs✅ Liaise effectively with engineers and project managers to coordinate site activities

Eligibility Criteria
Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant tradeExperience: 0–2 years of hands-on field supervision experienceSkills: Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilitiesTechnical: Good practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systemsFamiliarity with site safety protocols and documentation practices
