Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Technician to support our production and quality teams in soldering, product assembly, product testing, and inventory management. The role requires precision, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering (through-hole and SMD components) on PCBs with high accuracy.
• Conduct product assembly as per drawings, wiring diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Carry out product testing to ensure quality and functionality before dispatch.
• Assist in inventory management including stock counting, labeling, and material issuance.
• Troubleshoot and repair defective products or components.
• Maintain and calibrate tools, jigs, and test equipment.
• Ensure proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling while working on sensitive electronics.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workbench.
• Collaborate with engineers for design changes or assembly improvements.
• Prepare and maintain production/testing documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Skills:
• PCB soldering (through-hole & SMD)
• Wiring & crimping techniques
• Reading circuit diagrams & mechanical drawings
• Use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test instruments
• Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical components

• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset

Additional Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware loading
• Familiarity with ISO/quality standards in manufacturing
• Basic mechanical assembly skills
• Experience in repair & rework of electronic products
• Computer skills for documentation (MS Excel, Word)

Pay: ₹8,727.07 - ₹20,000.00 per month
