Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician at RAYDEN TECHNOLOGIES LLP located in Hyderabad. We are seeking a motivated and skilled ITI Electrician/Fitter with up to 2 years of hands-on experience to join our maintenance/production/operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in installation, repair, and routine maintenance of electrical systems and mechanical equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
• Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment as per operational and safety standards
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machines
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, circuit diagrams, and manuals
• Support senior technicians in major repairs or installation work
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance work and daily logs
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines strictly
• Work on shop floor/field as required (may include production support)

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, wiring, switches, MCBs, etc.
• Understanding of mechanical assembly (for Fitter role)
• Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and power tools
• Willingness to learn and work under supervision
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in industrial environments
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred:

• Apprentice training or short-term industrial experience
• Basic knowledge of safety and compliance standards
