technician- ELV/BMS

About The Opportunity

• Install, wire, commission and test ELV systems on-site including Building Management Systems (BMS), fire alarm, CCTV and access control equipment.
• Perform point-to-point testing, sensor and actuator calibration, panel wiring, termination and loop checking for BMS and FAS installations.
• Configure and troubleshoot BACnet and Modbus communications; integrate BMS with third-party controllers, RTUs and field devices.
• Execute preventive maintenance, respond to service incidents, diagnose faults and carry out corrective repairs to meet SLA targets.
• Use field test equipment (multimeter, cable tester, OTDR where applicable) to certify structured cabling, fiber links and system health; maintain accurate commissioning and service records.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors and site teams to ensure safe, on-time handover and compliance with site safety and quality processes.

• Minimum Qualifications: Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation (or equivalent) with hands-on field experience in ELV/BMS installations and commissioning.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site across client locations in India; valid driving license preferred.
