Role Overview: As a Network Operations Technical Writer at United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Key Responsibilities: - Author technical documentation in compliance with FAA, Company guidelines, and industry safety standards - Maintain documentation in structured content management systems or designated formats - Collaborate with content owners to facilitate document revisions and offer publication support - Create and maintain illustrations used in technical documentation - Coordinate with division stakeholders and the FAA for document review and approval - Conduct audits of Network Operations documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and policies - Facilitate the release of approved technical documentation across multiple electronic platforms - Maintain archives of approvals and published revisions Qualification Required: - Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in Technical Writing - 2+ years of experience in technical writing, publishing, and documentation management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely - Proficient in editing and proofreading work - Adaptability to learn new technologies and computing systems - Legal authorization to work in India without sponsorship - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Successful completion of the interview process - Reliable and punctual attendance is essential,
