Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST (9.30 AM PST)

Our end-to-end services include backfile imaging and digital delivery, scanning and digitization, business process automation, and secure destruction, purges, shredding and data archiving.

About the Role::

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Technical Writer to manage customer-facing documentation for our core products. You will refine existing content and collaborate with internal teams to deliver clear, engaging resources.

Roles and Responsibilities::

Product Documentation Ownership: Maintain and enhance customer-facing content for our core products, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability.

Cross-Team Documentation: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update product documentation and instructional videos.

Remote Coordination: Communicate effectively across IST and PST time zones using asynchronous tools and scheduled meetings.

Proactive Contribution: Take initiative in identifying content gaps, proposing improvements, and requesting tools needed to succeed.

API Documentation: Create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for RESTful APIs, including reference guides, integration tutorials, and developer onboarding materials.

Experience:

A bachelors degree in English, Technical Communication, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical disciplines will also be considered, especially if they have strong writing skills. Equivalent experience in technical writing or content development may substitute for formal education.

5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS environment

Excellent written communication and organizational skills

Advanced expertise in MadCap Flare

Expertise in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Teams)

Experience with GitHub and version-controlled documentation workflows

Experience with HubSpot, Confluence, or similar tools

Experience creating instructional videos using video production tools like Vyond(Nice to have)

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Skills ::

Strong written communication and grammar skills

MadCap Flare (advanced expertise)- Mandatory

Microsoft Tools (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Teams)- Any

GitHub and version-controlled documentation workflows

Confluence, HubSpot, or similar content/documentation management tools
