Technical Writer

Role Overview: As a Technical Writer at SOTI, you will play a crucial role in evaluating documentation needs for all SOTI products and creating user guides, online help, SDK guides, and integration guides. You will collaborate with various teams within the company to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation. Your work will involve reporting progress, designing training guides, and being the voice of the user within the organization. You will have the opportunity to work independently and contribute your expertise to the team. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate the documentation needs for all SOTI products. - Estimate, plan, and track documentation projects. - Design and create user guides, online help, SDK guides, and integration guides. - Define training needs and create training guides. - Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Quality Assurance teams. - Schedule reviews with multiple stakeholders. - Be the Voice of the User within the company. - Work independently and with limited supervision. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience as a technical writer. - Knowledge of DITA XML or other XML languages such as DocBook. - Experience in mobile, Cloud, client-server, or other enterprise technologies. - Experience in or knowledge of Mobile Device Management as well as Server and Cloud infrastructure. - Passionate about everything Mobile. - Connected with the latest trends in Mobile Device Management.
