Responsibilities
Attachments Duties
a) Understand the Company Assets business, its components, and the existing documentation that needs to be managed.
b) Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand the new Assets features, use the features, and then document them at an appropriate location within the existing documentation repositories.
c) Fix the bugs reported by customers as well as support groups.
d) Monitor the published Company Assets docs and run content governance activities to improve the quality of content.
e) Innovate and come up with ideas to improve the content experience for company Assets customers.
f) Be a team player and contribute to the planned company Assets docs initiatives.
a) 3 to 5 years of work experience as a technical writer for enterprise software products.
b) Good writing skills. You must be well versed with the Microsoft style guide. Have good attention to detail and diligence. Write concise content for new or existing features.
c) Ability to collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to understand product goals, understand technical details, author new feature content, and improve the existing docs.
d) Ability to collaborate with other writers on the team, editors, and content strategists to identify areas of improvement in the existing content.
e) Familiarity with GitHub and Markdown for authoring and with any Experience Cloud product in any capacity would be a huge plus. Education Bachelor's degree
