You should possess strong skills in creating scalable content that enhances adoption and decreases support tickets. Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation is essential, along with a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and product engagement. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and having multilingual proficiency will be advantageous. Additionally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
