Technical Writer

We are looking for a technical writer for our client (Datacenter Business) based out of Delhi.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Technical Writer, you will:

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all product workflows and configurations tailored to each customer environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Create user manuals, installation guides, deployment guides, API documentation, walk-through videos and other technical materials.
• Ensure all documentation is current with the latest product features and updates.
• Work closely with the engineering team to understand technical aspects of our products and translate them into clear, concise documentation.
• Assist in developing templates and standards for technical documentation.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Provide documentation support during customer onboarding and implementation phases.
• Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
• Proficiency in using popular technical documentation tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience (3 - 5 years) as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology focused environment.

Job Type: Full Time/Regular Work from Office in Delhi.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
