As a Technical Content Writer at Eshopbox, your role will involve combining analytical, communication, and managerial skills to administer support and assist customers effectively. To be eligible for this role, you should possess: - Very good verbal and written communication skills. - Good knowledge of grammar and sentence formation. - An engineering background would be preferred. - Prior experience in a similar role or in e-commerce fulfillment domain/return related operations would be a plus.
