Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide 

  technical support and troubleshooting assistance

   to international customers in the telecom domain.
• Handle customer queries via calls with a strong focus on 

  first-call resolution

  .
• Diagnose network, connectivity, and configuration-related issues and guide customers step by step.
• Maintain 

  customer satisfaction

   by delivering prompt, professional, and accurate solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels while ensuring proper documentation.
• Meet defined 

  performance metrics

   including quality, accuracy, and productivity.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, process changes, and system updates.
• Adhere to company policies, data security guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Cab Facility Details:

Available for night shifts (8 PM – 8 AM) within the following limits:

• Western Line:

   Colaba to Virar (excluding Bhayander West, Manori, Gorai & Uttan)

• Central Line:

   Fort/CST to Thane (including Ghodbunder Road)

• Harbour Line:

   Fort/CST to Vashi (including Koperkhairane, Ghansoli & Airoli)

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 

  6 months of international voice/technical support experience

   (telecom domain preferred).
• Excellent 

  communication skills (English – verbal & written)

  .
• Strong 

  problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

  .
• Flexibility to work in a 

  247 rotational shift environment

  .
• Customer-first attitude with good interpersonal skills.
