 We are looking for Technical Voice Support Executives to handle customer calls and provide real-time assistance for technical queries. The role involves troubleshooting issues, offering accurate resolutions, and ensuring high-quality customer support in a fast-paced BPO environment.

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve technical queries. 
  • Troubleshoot product or service-related issues.
  • Provide step-by-step technical guidance to customers 
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
  •  Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  •  Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution for all customer concerns.

 

Requirements

  •  Any Graduate (Technical background preferred)
  •  Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (Technical/BPO preferred)
  •  Excellent communication skills in English
  •  Willingness to work in rotational night shifts

  •  Salary: As per company standards (up to 30% hike for eligible candidates)
  •  2-Way Cab Facility (within 25 km radius)
