Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for

  Microsoft products

  (Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Troubleshoot

  laptop and desktop hardware & software issues

• Handle

  incident management

  , root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Install, configure, and maintain

  Windows OS and applications

• Provide

  remote and onsite support

  to end users
• Manage

  Active Directory

  , user accounts, password resets, and access rights
• Ensure timely resolution as per

  SLA

• Document issues, solutions, and technical procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when required

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  Windows 10/11

• Experience with

  Microsoft Office Suite

• Hands-on experience in

  desktop & laptop troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of

  Active Directory, Outlook, and email configuration

• Good understanding of

  hardware components

• Excellent communication and customer support skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with

  O365

• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, VPN, DNS)
• ITIL fundamentals
