Technical Training Lead

1. Training Program Development

• Design structured training modules for service engineers on

  fiber laser machines, Amada CO laser machines

  , and

  fiber laser source basics

  .
• Develop technical manuals, training videos, and interactive presentations.
  

2. Technical Training Delivery

• Conduct hands-on and classroom sessions for

  installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown repair

  of laser machines.
• Train freshers on fiber laser fundamentals, safety procedures, and standard operating practices.
  

3. Skill Certification & Assessment

• Create technical tests, practical assessments, and certification programs for engineers.
  
• Evaluate engineers performance and identify skill gaps for improvement.
  

4. Technology Upgradation

• Stay updated on

  latest fiber laser technologies

  (IPG, Raycus, Max, JPT, RAITO).
• Regularly update training content with new trends, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
  

5. Field Support & Demonstrations

• Provide on-site training and real-time guidance to engineers during critical repairs or installations.
  
• Assist with CO to fiber retrofitting training for field engineers.
  

6. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Maintain detailed SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and quick reference handbooks.
  
• Develop knowledge-sharing platforms for engineers and technicians.
  

7. Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with

  service, repair, and R&D teams

  to align training content with current technologies.
• Support the sales team with technical know-how for customer demonstrations and presentations.
  

8. Customer Training (Optional)

• Conduct

  basic maintenance and operation training for customers

  when required.

Key Skills Required

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  fiber laser machines (1kW – 20kW)

  and

  Amada CO laser machines

  .
• Expertise in

  fiber laser source technology

  – IPG, Raycus, Max, JPT, and RAITO.
• Hands-on experience with

  machine optics alignment, QBH head maintenance, chiller systems, and CNC controllers (FANUC, Beckhoff, Siemens)

  .
• Knowledge of

  electrical, mechanical, and optical troubleshooting

  .
• Familiarity with

  CO to fiber laser retrofit process

  and OEM machine features.

Training & Soft Skills

• Ability to design structured

  technical training curriculum

  and manuals.
• Strong

  presentation, communication, and mentoring skills

  .
• Ability to handle

  fresh graduates

  and bring them up to skill level within a short time.
• Problem-solving, leadership, and ability to

  create effective skill assessment frameworks

  .
• Multilingual advantage: English (must), Tamil and Hindi (preferred).
