We are looking for an engineer with good technical knowledge and communication skills for the post of a Technical Trainer. The roles and responsibilities of the individual would include:
1. Design and Delivery of Technical Sessions on the various products that the company sells both for Internal Teams and External Clients.
2. Develop training content (presentations, videos, hands-on modules) tailored to different audiences engineers, technicians, sales teams.
3. Conduct on-boarding sessions for new technical staff.
4. Stay updated with the latest technologies and incorporate them into training.
5. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and hands-on tests.
6. Occasionally visit customers to study and provide technical solutions to customer's queries
